LeBlanc, Cloud score two goals apiece as Seattle edges Brandon 5-4

BRANDON, Man. - Devon LeBlanc and Chris Cloud had a happy homecoming for the Seattle Thunderbirds on Saturday.

Brandon native LeBlanc and Cloud, from nearby Waywayseecappo, each scored a pair of goals as the Thunderbirds edged the Wheat Kings 5-4 in Western Hockey League action.

LeBlanc scored the game-winning goal with 4:42 left in the third period and also added an assist. Greg Scott rounded out the scoring for the Thunderbirds (9-11-1-2).

Andrew Clark scored two goals, with Scott Glennie adding a single marker for the Wheat Kings (12-9-1-0).

Seattle netminder Calvin Pickard and Brandon goalie James Priestner each made 18 saves.
