Lebar's second-period game winner propels Barrie to 3-1 triumph over Sudbury @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Mitch Lebar scored the go-ahead goal midway through the second period as the Barrie Colts downed the Sudbury Wolves 3-1 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday night.

Alex Hutchings and Adam Payerl added singles for the Colts (16-10-1-1), who retained their three-point lead over the Niagara IceDogs atop the OHL's Central Division. The IceDogs beat Erie 6-4.

Andrew Perugini preserved the victory with a 25-save performance for Barrie.

Patrik Lusnak had the lone goal for the Wolves (7-21-0-0), mired in last place in the Eastern Conference.

Sudbury netminder Alain Valiquette stopped 28 shots in defeat.
