TORONTO (AP) -The Maple Leafs have claimed forward Jamie Lundmark off waivers from the Calgary Flames, reuniting him with Dion Phaneuf in Toronto.
Lundmark played in 21 games with Calgary this season, with four goals and five assists. He also had 21 points in 32 games with the Abbotsford Heat in the AHL.
The 29-year-old is in his sixth NHL season, having played in 280 games with the Flames, Los Angeles Kings, Phoenix Coyotes and New York Rangers, who drafted the Edmonton native in 1999.
The Maple Leafs recently sent three forwards - Matt Stajan, Niklas Hagman and Jamal Mayers - to Calgary in the trade that brought Phaneuf to Toronto.
The Maple Leafs also assigned forwards Christian Hanson and Viktor Stalberg to the Toronto Marlies of the AHL.
