Latta scores OT winner as Guelph downs IceDogs 4-3 to win second straight

GUELPH, Ont. - Michael Latta scored the overtime winner as the Guelph Storm edged the Niagara IceDogs 4-3 on Friday night in the Ontario Hockey League.

Mathew Sisca, Peter Holland and Conor O'Donnell also scored for Guelph (2-2-0-1), which has won two in a row after starting the season with three straight losses.

Alex Friesen had a goal and two assists for the IceDogs (2-2-2-0) and Marco Insam added a goal.

Matt Hoyle made 27 saves for the Storm, while Niagara netminder Petteri Simila stopped 33 shots.
