Lane scores winner as Brampton Battalion march to 3-1 win over Sudbury @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Philip Lane's first period power-play marker stood as the winner as the Brampton Battalion marched to a 3-1 win over the Sudbury Wolves in Ontario Hockey League play Friday night.

Barclay Goodrow and Matt MacLeod also scored for Brampton (19-23-12), while Patrick Killeen made 21 saves.

Ben Chiarot was the lone scorer for Sudbury (21-28-5), while Andrew Loverock stopped 29 shots.
