Brodzinski-Recall

The LA Kings have recalled forward Jonny Brodzinski from the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League, Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced today. Forward Michael Amadio has been assigned to Ontario.
The 24-year-old Brodzinski (born June 19, 1993) is a 6-1, 217-pound native of Ham Lake, Minn., who went scoreless in three games earlier this season with the Kings.
He has registered nine points (4-5=9), a plus-3 rating and four penalty minutes in eight games with the Reign. At the time of his recall he ranked tied for first in goals, second in points and third in assists among Ontario players.

Selected in the fifth-round (148th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft, Brodzinski has appeared in nine games over the last two seasons with the Kings, including making his NHL debut on March 25 vs. NY Rangers. He has tallied two points (0-2=2), a plus-2 rating and two penalty minutes in nine career NHL games.

During his first NHL recall, Amadio appeared in eight games with the Kings, recording one point (1-0=1) and four penalty minutes. He scored his first NHL goal on Nov. 2 vs. Toronto, his fourth career game.
