Kuchin, Leivo and Sgarbossa 3 points each as the Wolves crush the Spitfires 7-2 @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Andrey Kuchin, Joshua Leivo and Michael Sgarbossa had a goal and two assists each as the Sudbury Wolves defeated the visiting Windsor Spitfires on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Michael MacDonald, Chad Thibodeau, Nathan Pancel and Brody Silk also scored for the Wolves (21-13-3) while Justin Sefton and Frank Corrado chipped in two assists apiece.

Ben Johnson and Chris Marchese scored for the Spitfires (18-20-4), who have dropped back to back games.

Johan Mattsson made 23 saves for the win while Jaroslav Pavelka allowed five goals on 31 shots before being pulled in the third.

John Cullen came on in relief and stopped nine of 11 shots against.

Both clubs went 1 for 4 on the power play.
