Knight scores winner as London snaps losing skid with 3-2 win over Greyhounds

SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. - Jared Knight scored the game-winner early in the second period as the London Knights hung on for a 3-2 victory over the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds Sunday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Nazem Kadri and Justin Taylor also scored for the Knights (14-7-1), who snapped a three-game losing skid.

Vern Cooper and Jordan Nolan had a goal and an assist each for Sault Ste. Marie (10-11-2).

Michael Hutchinson made 30 saves for London, while Greyhounds netminder Robin Lehner stopped 17 shots.
