Kings forward Kopitar leaves game with injury

ST. LOUIS -- Los Angeles Kings center Anze Kopitar sustained an upper-body injury Tuesday against the St. Louis Blues in the first period and left the game.

Kopitar took an inadvertent hit to the head from Blues right wing Ryan Reaves late in the first period, skating in from behind Reaves. Kopitar finished the period but did not return.

The Kings won 3-0.

Kopitar has four goals in 12 games this season.
