Kings broadcaster Bob Miller had mild stroke

Remains hospitalized but 'is doing well and in good spirits' @NHLdotcom

Longtime Los Angeles Kings play-by-play announcer Bob Miller had a mild stroke Saturday and remains at Keck Hospital of USC in Los Angeles.

"He is under the care of a team of specialized physicians, and he is doing well and in good spirits," the Kings said in a statement Sunday night.

Miller, 78, who had quadruple bypass surgery last season, was taken to the hospital after feeling discomfort while preparing for a FOX Sports live show as part of the 2017 Honda NHL All-Star Weekend.
