King scores two goals and two assists in Tigers' 7-1 rout of Kootenay @NHLdotcom

EDMONTON - Tristan King led the Medicine Hat Tigers to a 7-1 victory over the Edmonton Oil Kings with two power-play goals and two assists in Western Hockey League action on Saturday night.

Emerson Etem had a short-handed goal and two assists, and Bretton Cameron, Matt MacKay, Linden Vey and Jace Coyle all scored for Medicine Hat (8-3-4). Tyler Bunz stopped 29 shots in net for the Tigers.

Josh Koper scored for Edmonton (6-8-2), while Cam Lanigan and Torrie Jung combined for 25 saves. Lanigan allowed five goals on 15 shots.

Medicine Hat's Mark Isherwood saw his six game scoring streak snapped at four goals and five assists.

Edmonton has now lost their last four games, and seven of their last nine.
