King scores twice as Medicine Hat Tigers melt Kootenay Ice 5-3 @NHLdotcom

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. - The Medicine Hat Tigers downed the visiting Kootenay Ice 5-3 in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Tristan King scored twice for the Tigers (35-22-8), while Linden Vey, Wacey Hamilton and Bretton Cameron had singles. Tyler Bunz made 22 saves.

Matt Fraser scored twice for the Ice (39-21-4), while Kevin King netted a single. Todd Mathews turned away 23 of 27 shots.
