King, Bancks record two points apiece as Lethbridge downs Regina 5-2 @NHLdotcom

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Dwight King and Carter Bancks each had a goal and an assist as the Lethbridge Hurricanes skated to a 5-2 Western Hockey League victory over the Regina Pats on Saturday night in the WHL.

Colton Sceviour, Mitch Fadden and Mitch Versteeg also scored for the Hurricanes (38-16-2-3), who put the game away with a four-goal first period.

Regina (36-19-3-2) got goals from Logan Pyett and Matt Strueby in losing to the Hurricanes for the first time in four games this season.

Juha Metsola made 25 saves for the win in net for Lethbridge while Linden Rowat stopped 36 shots in taking the loss. Jeff Bosch also saw four shots and gave up a goal for the Pats.
