Khokhlachev scored twice as the Spitfires beat the Generals 5-2 @NHLdotcom

OSHAWA, Ont. - Alexander Khokhlachev scored twice to lead the Windsor Spitfires over the Oshawa Generals 5-2 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Kerby Rychel, Adrian Robertson and Brady Vail also scored for the Spitfires (12-12-3).

Christian Thomas and Josh Graves scored for the Generals (10-13-4).

John Cullen made 26 saves for the victory while Kevin Bailie allowed two goals on six shots before being relieved by Daniel Altshuller, who stopped 21 of 24 shots.

Windsor was 2-for-7 on the power play as Oshawa failed to score on any of their seven opportunities with the man advantage.
