It was St. Louis Blues Night at Busch Stadium on Wednesday.
Blues defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk threw out the first pitch before the St. Louis Cardinals' game against the Cincinnati Reds, and his teammates were at the ballpark to cheer him and the Cardinals on.

Fans who bought tickets were given a Blues-themed Cardinals hat. The Cardinals wore Blues-themed jerseys during batting practice, and they became all the rage with St. Louis sports fans.

The Blues announced Thursday they will return the favor and have a Cardinals theme night at Scottrade Center when they play the Vancouver Canucks on March 23. Busch Stadium will welcome the Blues back on Jan. 2, when they play the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2017 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic.
"We kept talking about how cool it's going to be playing ice hockey on this field in a few months," Shattenkirk said in comments tweeted by the Blues.
