Kelowna Rockets blank Prince George Cougars 2-0 behind Brown's shutout @NHL

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Adam Brown made 25 saves to earn his 12th victory and third shutout of the season and back the Kelowna Rockets to a 2-0 win over the Prince George Cougars in Western Hockey League action Saturday night.

Kyle St. Denis and Cody Chikie scored for Kelowna (12-13-1).

Alex Wright took the loss for the Cougars (4-18-2), facing 32 shots.

The Rockets avenged their 3-2 loss Friday in Prince George, which snapped a nine-game Cougars' losing streak.

Brown, a native of Yorba Linda, Calif., had an easy time of it in the third period, as the Rockets out-shot the Cougars 19-5 in the final frame.
