Jordie Deagle scores two goals in Cougars 6-3 win over Blazers @NHLdotcom

KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Jordie Deagle scored two goals to help the Prince George Cougars defeat the Kamloops Blazers 6-3 in a Friday night WHL game.

Kalvin Sagert and Parker Stanfield scored third-period power-play goals to erase a 3-2 Kamloops lead and Prince George captain Greg Gardner and Deagle added empty-net goals.

Dana Tyrell also scored for the Cougars (19-45-1-3), who won't qualify for the playoffs.

Kenton Dulle, with two, and Jimmy Bubnick replied for the Blazers (26-37-2-2), who have lost 10 straight games but will finish eighth in the Western Conference and be in the playoffs.

Prince George goaltender Real Cyr stopped 31 shots, while Justin Leclerc of the Blazers turned aside 24.
