TORONTO (CP) - Jordan Skellett scored twice, including the winner with 29 seconds remaining in overtime, as the Erie Otters beat the Toronto-St. Michael's Majors 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday.
Skellett's second goal of the game came on the power play with 32 seconds left in the overtime session. He took a one-time feed from Zack Torquato and picked the top corner over the glove of goalie Wayne Savage.
"The short side, top corner was open," said Skellett. "Right the moment I shot it I had a feeling u a pit in my stomach u that it was in."
Ronny Rogers, Justin Hodgman and Zack Torquato also scored for the last-place Otters (15-45-1-2), who have won two games in a row.
Micheal Haley had two goals for the Majors (19-38-3-2), while Jason Cassidy and Rob Kweit added a goal apiece.
Wayne Savage made 30 saves for the Majors while Justin Garay had 31 stops for the Otters.
