Jones and Foucault lead Calgary Hitmen to 6-0 shutout of Kootenay Ice @NHLdotcom

CRANBROOK, B.C. - Martin Jones earned his third consecutive shutout as the Calgary Hitmen had a 6-0 win over the Kootenay Ice in Western Hockey League action Saturday night.

Kris Foucault had a hat trick for Calgary (48-17-3), while Misha Fisenko, Ian Schultz and Joel Broda also tallied. Jones made 38 saves in the win.

Todd Mathews stopped 31 of 35 shots in the start for Kootenay (40-24-5) before being replaced by Nathan Lieuwen who made 10 saves.

The Ice have lost 5 home games in a row, the Hitmen have won 10 straight road games.
