Joey West has three-point night as Petes defeat Frontenacs 6-4 @NHLdotcom

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Joey West had a goal and two assists to help push the Peterborough Petes past the Kingston Frontenacs 6-4 Thursday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Kenzie Sheppard and Zach Bogosian had a goal and an assist apiece for the Petes, while Pat Daley, Justin Soryal and Branislav Rehus, into an empty net, each netted singles.

Josh Brittain, Jesse Brown and Taylor Doherty countered for Kingston.

John Murray and Mavric Parks combined for 29 saves for the Frontenacs (21-39-0-2).

Trevor Cann made 34 saves for Peterborough (27-33-0-3).
