Jenner scores winner as Whalers win fourth straight, 4-2 over Sudbury

SUDBURY, Ont. - Leo Jenner scored the winner seven minutes into the third period as the Plymouth Whalers beat the Sudbury Wolves 4-2 on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Tyler G. Brown, Vern Cooper and AJ Jenks also scored for the Whalers (28-22-5-0), who won their fourth straight game.

Akim Aliu and Frankie Santini replied for Sudbury (22-28-2-4).

Matt Hackett made 33 saves for Plymouth, while Wolves netminder Alain Valiquette stopped 37 shots.
