Imagine "The Office," but if Pam married Stanley instead of Jim.
Actress Jenna Fischer, a dedicated St. Louis Blues fan who played Pam Beesly on the long-running sitcom from 2005-2013, tweeted a joke Friday at Boston Bruins fan and former "Office" co-star John Krasinski, who played Beesly's co-worker and eventual husband, Jim Halpert.
Perhaps emboldened by the Blues' 2-1 victory in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final on Thursday, Fischer made a reference to "going home with Stanley."
Stanley Hudson, a very GIF-able character from the sitcom who was played by actor Leslie David Baker, is still a fan favorite.
But that's not the Stanley that Fischer was referencing, of course.
Stanley Hudson famously likes Pretzel Day.
The Stanley Cup could probably hold a lot of pretzels.
The Blues can bring home the Stanley Cup with a win in Game 6 in St. Louis on Sunday (8 p.m. ET; NBC, SN, TVAS, CBC).
