They gave it the old college try. And it seemed to work.

Arizona Coyotes forward Jason Demers and former Coyotes forward Paul Bissonnette got together to create a few distractions to help out the home team during Arizona State's basketball game on Thursday.
During a game against rival Arizona, the duo stood in for the school's "Curtain of Distraction," used to help distract opponents during free throw attempts.
In the first gag shared on Twitter, Bissonnette is dressed as Hannibal Lecter complete with face mask, while Demers is dressed in scrubs.
After the first attempt, the two disappeared behind the curtain and re-emerged in Arizona State wrestling singlets.

The pair wasn't done though.
Another video shows Bissonnette in a tutu using a "Shake Weight" while Demers is dressed like an alien.

The pair got the full college basketball experience in one night.

And, as Demers pointed out on Twitter, Arizona State won the game 95-88.
