Columbus Blue Jackets forward Jared Boll will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Thursday for an incident with Philadelphia Flyers forward Pierre-Edouard Bellemare during a game Tuesday at Nationwide Arena.
The incident occurred at 3:26 of the second period. Boll was assessed a five-minute major for interference and a game misconduct.
Columbus won the game 3-2 in a shootout.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: interference. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
