Jakub Voracek Bruce Springsteen Philadelphia Flyers

Bruce Springsteen played MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Tuesday, the third time he's played there during his 2016 tour. But this show was the debut of the NHL's newest singing sensation: Philadelphia Flyers forward Jakub Voracek.
Voracek recorded himself going all Springsteen fanboy, belting out "Born to Run" while The Boss played on stage.

He posted the video on his Twitter account.

Teammate Radko Gudas was also at the concert, though he left the singing to Voracek, who looked pretty comfortable putting on a one-man show in a stadium full of screaming fans.
"I saw him this morning," Flyers forward Claude Giroux told NHL.com Wednesday. "He's a terrible singer. But he loves Bruce a lot. I know he loves it [the video]."
This was far from Voracek's first Springsteen show. It turns out he's a veritable Boss aficionado and has seen him in concert 14 times, including six in 2012.
"I'm a huge Springsteen fan because his music always says a story and because of the way he performs live in concerts," Voracek told NJ.com in 2014. "I haven't seen anybody else that puts so much effort and so much joy into the concert when Bruce sings. That's why people love him."
