Vancouver Canucks forward Jake Virtanen will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday for an incident with San Jose Sharks defenseman Roman Polak during a game Tuesday at Rogers Arena.
The incident occurred at 2:01 of the second period. Virtanen was assessed a five-minute major for interference and a game misconduct.
