Jaromir Jagr took the ice with the Florida Panthers for their pregame skate Saturday and is set to make his debut against the Nashville Predators at BB&T Center.
The 43-year-old forward, acquired from the New Jersey Devils on Thursday for a second-round and third-round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft, was the last member of the Panthers to come out for the skate, wearing his customary No. 68.
He was announced in the starting lineup with Aleksander Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau.
Jagr has 11 goals and 29 points in 57 games this season. His next goal will be the 717th of his career and tie him with Phil Esposito for fifth on the NHL's all-time list.
The Panthers activated forward Brandon Pirri off injured reserve and assigned forward Garrett Wilson to San Antonio of the American Hockey League.
The Panthers are four points behind the Boston Bruins for the Eastern Conference's second wild-card spot into the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
