COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -The Columbus Blue Jackets have added forward Chad Kolarik to the roster on emergency recall from the club's American Hockey League affiliate in Syracuse.
General manager Scott Howson announced the move on Monday.
The 24-year-old Kolarik, Phoenix's seventh pick and 199th overall in the 2004 draft, has 26 goals and 24 assists in 75 games with Syracuse and San Antonio of the AHL this season. He was acquired by the Blue Jackets from Phoenix on March 3 for forward Alexandre Picard.
Kolarik is a Michigan grad from Abington, Pa., who starred for four seasons with the Wolverines.
