Isles, Pens both change goalies after 2 periods @NHLdotcom
PITTSBURGH -- Both the Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins changed goaltenders at the start of the third period Tuesday night with New York leading 5-2 at Consol Energy Center.

Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury was lifted for Brad Thiessen after absorbing an inadvertent elbow from teammate Paul Martin on Frans Nielsen's goal at 18:08 of the second period. As Nielsen broke into the Penguins zone, Fleury moved well up the slot to try to poke check the puck away, but Nielsen skated around him and Martin rammed into Fleury as he closed on the play.

Islanders goalie Evgeni Nabokov also was pulled, for Al Montoya, due to a lower-body injury suffered earlier in the period.

The changes came with the Islanders attempting to end a 13-game losing streak in Pittsburgh.
