Inglis scores short-handed winner to lift Saskatoon to 4-3 win over Broncos @NHLdotcom

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Charles Inglis scored a short-handed goal with 3:19 left in regulation to lift the Saskatoon Blades to a 4-3 win over the Swift Current Broncos in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Stefan Elliott scored twice for Saskatoon (32-9-4) and Marek Viedensky also tallied.

Dillon Wagner had a pair of goals for Swift Current (23-21-2) and Cody Eakin had a single. It was the Broncos third loss in a row.

Saskatoon held a 2-1 first period lead and used a pair of goals in the third period to score the come from behind win after Swift Current had rebounded to hold a 3-2 advantage after 40 minutes of action.

Blades netminder Steven Stanford won his 18th game of the season after turning aside 24 of 27 shots.

Swift Current goaltender Mark Friesen gave up four goals on 38 shots.
