Ian Schultz scores in overtime to give Calgary 3-0 series lead over Brandon @NHLdotcom

BRANDON, Man. - Ian Schultz scored the winning goal 1:04 into overtime to lift the Calgary Hitmen to a 4-3 win over the Brandon Wheat Kings on Tuesday night.

Schultz's breakaway goal gave the Hitmen a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series, moving them one win away from advancing to the Western Hockey League's Eastern Conference final.

Kris Foucault scored twice and Brett Sonne rounded out the scoring for the Hitmen, who will try to wrap up the series in Game 4 on Wednesday.

Aaron Lewadniuk, Matt Calvert and Colby Robak scored for the Wheat Kings.

Martin Jones stopped 24 shots for Calgary, while Brandon netminder Andrew Hayes made 28 saves.
