PORTLAND, Ore. - Killian Hutt had two goals and Colin Reddin had two assists to lead the Portland Winterhawks to a 4-3 win over the Tri City Americans in Western Hockey League play on Saturday night.
Hutt scored a power-play goal to break a 3-3 tie at 14:33 of the third period to win the game for Portland (7-14-0-0), which also got a power-play goal from Chris Francis and a shorthanded goal from Radim Valchar.
The Americans (14-6-0-2) got power-play goals from Taylor Procyshen and Kruise Reddick. Lane Werbowski scored the other goal for Tri City.
Kurtis Mucha stopped 24 shots for the win, while Americans goaltender Chet Pickard made 26 saves.
