Hutchings has four points as Barrie defeats Battalion 7-3 @NHLdotcom

BARRIE, Ont. - Alex Hutchings led the way with a goal and three assists as the Barrie Colts rolled over the Brampton Battalion 7-3 in the Ontario Hockey League Thursday night.

Alex Pietrangelo, Alexander Burmistrov, Luke Pither and Bryan Cameron each had a goal and an assist for the Colts (55-9-2), who have already clinched top spot in the league for home ice advantage throughout the playoffs. Mitch Bennett and Stefan Della Rovere also scored.

Scott Tanski scored twice and Sean Jones added another for Brampton (24-28-14).

Peter Di Salvo made 23 saves for Barrie, while Battalion netminder Jacob Riley stopped 26 shots.
