Carolina Hurricanes goalie Eddie Lack had a few shoutouts following his shutout. Namely love and equality for all.

Lack, using a rainbow-taped goalie stick during Hockey Is For Everyone month, made 34 saves in a 3-0 win against the Ottawa Senators Friday, then he made a statement.

The veteran wrote: "This was a night I'll never forget. I'd like to dedicate this shutout to love, equality and togetherness. #YouCanPlay #HockeyIsForEveryone"
