Hulak scores twice and adds assist as Saskatoon skates to 7-4 win over Broncos @NHLdotcom

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - The Saskatoon Blades, led by a three-point outing from Derek Hulak, skated to a 7-4 win over the host Swift Current Broncos in Western Hockey League play Saturday night.

Hulak had two goals and added an assist for Saskatoon (34-11-6), while Charles Inglis also scored twice. Darian Dziurzynski, Walker Wintoneak and Josh Nicholls added singles.

Adam Morrison made the start for Saskatoon and allowed three goals on 10 shots in 25:25 of work, leaving with the game tied 3-3. Steven Stanford came on in relief and allowed one goal on 22 shots.

Matt Tassone scored a pair for Swift Current (26-24-3), while Cody Eakin and Taylor Vause also replied. Mark Friesen allowed stopped 26 shots.

Dziurzynski netted the game winner with 6:33 left in regulation less then a minute after the Broncos had tied the game 4-4.

Inglis added pair of goals 32 seconds apart, the second into an empty net to give him 15 on the season and complete a four-goal third period for Saskatoon

Wintoneak, with his 21st, also scored for Saskatoon.

Saskatoon failed to score on five power plays, while Swift Current scored once on six man-advantages.
