Houser ties OHL win record as Knights beat Sting 3-2 @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Michael Houser turned away 30 shots, picking up his 46th victory of the season, as his London Knights defeated the visiting Sarnia Sting 3-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

The victory ties Andrew Engelage, who won 46 games with the 2008/09 Windsor Spitfires, for most wins in an OHL season.

Max Domi, Jared Knight and Chris Tierney each scored for the Knights (48-18-1), who are tied with the Plymouth Whalers for top spot in league standings with only one game to play.

Craig Hottot and Adrian Robertson scored for the Sting (33-27-7), who are losers of their past three.

JP Anderson stopped 29 shots in defeat.

London was a perfect 2 for 2 on the power play while Sarnia failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
