GLENDALE, Ariz. --
After missing one game and the last four days with an upper body injury, forward Marian Hossa
returned to the Chicago lineup against the Phoenix Coyotes
on Tuesday night.
Hossa, who suffered the injury on Thursday and missed Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to Boston, skated on a line with former Coyote Daniel Carcillo
and center Patrick Kane
Tuesday morning and said he felt good on the ice after suffering was he termed a setback day on Monday.
Hossa, who signed a 12-year contract with the Blackhawks in the summer of 2009, has missed 43 games due to injury in his two-plus seasons with Chicago. He will replace left wing Rostislav Olesz
in the lineup.
The Coyotes will stick with the same lineup of skaters that has gone 2-0-1 over the last three games, but will start Jason LaBarbera
in goal. LaBarbera, who won his first start of the season at Nashville last Thursday, have faced the Blackhawks five times in his career and is 4-0-0 (one no-decision) with a 2.01 goals-against average.
