If laughter is the best medicine, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Auston Matthews just got a healthy dose of it from his friends at The Hospital for Sick Children.

Matthews, who is known to spend plenty of his free time at the Toronto hospital making friends, is currently nursing a shoulder injury.
So his pals at Sick Kids decided to cheer him up with some jokes.

Matthews got the message, because he retweeted the video, which features a handful of kids telling some pretty good hockey-related jokes.
And who knows? Maybe it is working. Matthews skated with the Maple Leafs for the first time since his injury on Thursday.
