LOS ANGELES - Patric Hornqvist scored the tiebreaking goal with 3:31 to play, Pekka Rinne made 18 saves and the Nashville Predators extended their mastery over the Los Angeles Kings with a 3-2 victory Sunday.

Steve Sullivan and Colin Wilson also scored for the Predators, who have beaten the Kings seven straight times.

After the teams exchanged third-period goals, Hornqvist abruptly put Nashville ahead when he beat Jonathan Quick in front of the net for his 26th goal.

Anze Kopitar scored his career high-tying 32nd goal on his bobblehead day, and captain Dustin Brown also scored as the Kings opened a key four-game homestand with their fourth loss in six games. Quick stopped 28 shots in his return from a one-game absence for his daughter's birth.
