Holland has eventual winner as Guelph Storm upset Plymouth Whalers 3-2 @NHLdotcom

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - The Guelph Storm scored one goal in each period and held on to beat the Plymouth Whalers 3-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Brandon Foote made 42 saves in goal for the Storm (29-28-4), while Adam Comrie, Taylor Beck and Peter Holland scored the goals.

Tyler Brown and Ryan Hayes tallied for Plymouth (36-24-2), and Matt Hackett finished with 19 saves. The Whalers have now lost two straight games.

Guelph has won three games in a row and sits in the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Plymouth has already clinched a playoff berth, and are fourth in the conference.
