Hoban scores winner as Swift Current storms back to upend Raiders 6-4 @NHLdotcom

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Brad Hoban scored the winning goal with nine minutes left in regulation to complete a come-from-behind 6-4 Swift Current Broncos win over the Prince Albert Raiders on Saturday night in the Western Hockey League.

The Raiders opened a 3-0 advantage in the opening 17 minutes of play, but Swift Current erased period deficits of 3-1 and 4-3 with a trio of unanswered goals in the third period.

Broncos forward Michael Stickland tied the game at 4-4 a minute into the third period with a power-play goal.

Rookie Adam Lowry scored his first two career WHL goals on the power play, while Justin Dowling and Taylor Vause also scored for Swift Current (3-3-0-0).

Prince Albert (3-4-0-0) replied with goals from Brandon Herrod, Sean Aschim, Craig McCallum and Igor Revenko.

Broncos goaltender Morgan Clark improved to 3-2 on the season with a 20 save performance.

Raiders netminder Garrett Zemlak yielded six goals on 40 shots.
