Hewitt stops 33 shots to lead the Pats over the Blades 3-0 @NHLdotcom

REGINA - Matt Hewitt made 33 stops to help the Regina Pats shutout the visiting Saskatoon Blades 3-0 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Regina (23-15-4) got a goal and an assist from Jordan Weal and one goal each from Morgan Klimchuk and Matt Marantz.

Weal?s two points give him 13 in his last four games and move him into second place in league scoring with 67 total points.

Saskatoon (22-17-1) goalie Alex Moodie made 28 saves in a losing effort.

Both clubs went 0 for 3 on the power play.
