Hermenegildo's pair helps the Sudbury Wolves power past Guelph 5-2

SUDBURY, Ont. - Peter Hermenegildo had a pair of goals as the Sudbury Wolves capitalized on their power play chances, going 3-for-5 en route to a 5-2 win over the Guelph Storm on Saturday night in the Ontario Hockey League.

Jared Staal, with a goal and an assist, Jordan Ramsay and Erie O'Dell also scored for Sudbury (11-13-1-2). Frankie Santini added three assists.

Luke Pither and Brandon Buck scored power-play goals for the Storm (13-10-2-2).

Andrew Loverock stopped 43 shots for the Wolves, while Guelph netminding duty was split between Thomas McCollum and Jake Fischer, who combined to make 34 saves.
