PITTSBURGH -- The Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3 on Tyler Johnson's goal 53 seconds into overtime in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final at Consol Energy Center on Sunday to take a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 series.
Here is the in-game spotlight matchup from Game 5 between the top two defensemen in the series, Tampa Bay's Victor Hedman and Pittsburgh's Kris Letang:

Goals: Hedman 0, Letang 0
Assists: Hedman 0, Letang 0
Points: Hedman 0, Letang 0
Key intangible stat: Letang played a game-high 27:51, including 10:31 in the first period, 18:36 through two and 27:28 through regulation. He had five shots on goal and five hits, but he was a minus-4. Hedman played a team-high 26:56, including 8:07 in the first period, 17:01 through two and 26:26 through regulation. Best moment: Hedman may have saved the Lightning from going down 3-0 with 8:15 remaining in the second period. Lightning goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy made a save on Phil Kessel's shot from the lower part of the left circle on the Penguins' power play, but the puck dropped out of his grasp and fell into the crease. Patric Hornqvist tried to knock it in, but Hedman came across from the other side and used his long reach to clear the puck off of the goal line. The Penguins got it around to the top of the zone, but Vasilevskiy had time to get back in position to make the save on Letang's shot.
Series stat line (goals-assists-points): Hedman 0-4-4, Letang 0-1-1
