Hamilton with three points to lead the IceDogs over the Wolves 5-2 @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Freddie Hamilton scored twice and set up one more as the Niagara IceDogs defeated the host Sudbury Wolves 5-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Ryan Strome and Tom Kuhnhackl had a goal and an assist each for the IceDogs (25-13-3) while Andrew Agozzino added the other.

Charlie Dodero and Michael Sgarbossa scored a goal apiece for the Wolves (21-14-3).

Christopher Festarini made 19 saves for the win as Johan Mattsson stopped 34 shots in defeat.

The power play was never a factor as Niagara went 0 for 3 and Sudbury 0 for 2.
