Hamilton makes 33 saves to lead the Royals over the Blazers 4-2

VICTORIA - Keith Hamilton made 33 saves to lead the Victoria Royals over the visiting Kamloops Blazers 4-2 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Ben Walker, Brandon Magee and Robin Soudek each had a goal and an assist for the Royals (16-28-5) while Hayden Rintoul had a single goal.

Tim Bozon scored both goals for the Blazers (34-11-4), who lost for only the second time in 11 games.

Cole Cheveldave made 31 saves in a losing effort.

Victoria went 2 for 7on the power play while Kamloops failed to score on seven opportunities with the man advantage.
