Halliday and Armstrong come up big for Prince George in 5-2 win over Rockets @NHLdotcom

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Tyler Halliday had a goal and an assist and goaltender Kevin Armstrong made 40 saves, leading the Prince George Cougars to a 5-2 win over the Kelowna Rockets in WHL action Friday night.

Greg Fraser, with two including an empty-netter, Brett Connolly and Dallas Jackson had the other goals for Prince George (17-27-0-2).

Cody Almond and Brandon McMillan replied for Kelowna (26-18-0-0). Mark Guggenberger stopped 20 shots for the Rockets.

The two teams meet again Saturday night in Prince George.
