Two nights after beating the New York Islanders 5-3 at the Bell Centre, the Montreal Canadiens would like nothing better that to complete a home-and-home sweep. They'll get the chance on Friday night when the teams reconvene at the Nassau Coliseum for the back end of the home-and-home series -- one of six games on the NHL schedule.

The game starts at 7 p.m. ET and can be seen on RDS and regionally on TSN.

Two other games also start at 7. Pittsburgh comes home after a road trip that ended with a 5-3 loss at Tampa Bay on Wednesday to host Philadelphia in a game that can be seen on the NHL Network in the United States. The Flyers have had two nights off since a 6-3 home victory against Buffalo.

Carolina visits the New York Rangers in a game matching teams that lost at home on Wednesday -- the Hurricanes dropped a 3-0 decision to Washington, while the Rangers fell 6-4 to Atlanta.

The Thrashers will try to build on that win when they host the Sabres in a game that starts at 7:30 p.m. ET. An hour later, the Chicago Blackhawks host the Edmonton Oilers. Chicago comes off a 3-1 home win against Los Angeles on Wednesday; the Oilers lost 3-2 in a shootout at Columbus on Thursday.

The late game, starting at 10 p.m. ET,  matches the New Jersey Devils and Anaheim. Anaheim comes home after splitting a four-game trip that ended with a 5-2 win at Dallas, while the Devils lost 5-2 at San Jose on Wednesday and have dropped three in a row.
