LONDON, Ont. - The London Knights scored five consecutive goals in the third period to come from behind and beat the Peterborough Petes 7-4 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Seth Griffith led London (23-6-1) with three goals and an assist while Tyler Ferry, Ryan Rupert, Dane Fox and Jared Knight scored the others. Vladislav Namestnikov chipped in with four assists.
Austin Watson and Alan Quine each had a goal and an assist for Peterborough (14-12-5) as Stephen Pierog and Lino Martschini added a goal each.
Michael Houser made his 21st consecutive start and stopped 37 of 41 shots for the win. Mike Morrison took the loss after making 26 saves.
The Knights had success with the man advantage, going 4-for-5, while the Petes scored only once on five power-play opportunities.
