Greenaway scores two goals, leads Frontenacs to 3-1 win over Bulls @NHL

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Darcy Greenaway scored two goals as the Kingston Frontenacs beat the Belleville Bulls 3-1 Wednesday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Spencer Green picked up the other goal for Kingston (9-20-4). Igor Bobkov made 34 saves.

Brendan Gaunce replied for Belleville. Malcolm Subban stopped 22 shots in the loss for the Bulls (19-13-0).

Kingston opened the scoring early after controlling the play over the first minute and a half as Green put a rebound past Subban for his fifth goal of the year.

Gaunce showed great hand-eye co-ordination to tie the game 1-1 minutes later, batting a puck out of midair for his 19th goal.

After a scoreless second period, Greenaway put the Bulls in front when his shot into a scrum in front led to a Bulls' defender deflecting the puck off his skate and in to his own goal.

Greenaway scored his second of the game and 12th of the year at 15:07 of the third to cap the scoring.

Belleville's power play struggled all game and failed to produce on six chances. Kingston failed to convert on three chances.
